If you are interested in becoming a member of the Knights of Columbus and live in Lorain County, please tell us about yourself. Include the following information:

2. Birth Date
3. Address
4. Telephone number(s)
5. Current Parish

Alternatively, visit the Supreme Council site and submit your request. A response may take a bit longer.
